A: Panasonic Lumix GF-2



Q: In your words what is a "hypebeast"?

A: A Hypebeast is someone who buys something based off the fact that a lot of people are talking about or likes it, everyone is guilty of being a hypebeast, it doesn't just pertain to sneakers either. Another form of Hypebeasts to me, are people who cop every supposed shoe with a buzz just to do video reviews on them for views and adsense money, half the time they dont even like the shoe or plan on wearing them and they end up flipping them after the review.



Q: If you were stranded on a deserted island by yourself, and all you had was a styrofoam cup..what would you do with that cup other than use it to drink water?

A: Use it to bathe myself, collect snails or sea life or some sort I guess, poplock and put it out for imaginery money to waste time, use it as a hoop for pebble basketball.



Q: What do you say to a random girl to score her digits, let alone to get in her panties?

A: Hi, My Name is Def.



Q: If an army of 6 year olds came at you with a fiery rage, how many do you think you could take out before being took out?

A: I'd love to be put in this situation, I doubt any of them would be able to take me, my kicks are devastating.



Q: What's your favorite soda if you drink sodas, or better yet, alcoholic beverage?

A: Mountain Dew and Ciroc



Q: What shoe got you into collecting?

A: Melvin Black SB's is when I got serious and started learning the history, but I had a lot of kicks before then, Id just dog em out



Q: If you were rich, would you make it rain or hang tight onto the money and maybe just spend it on your wifey instead? If you choose to throw money up,please make sure you include in a posting a time and date.

A: I'd give everyone who has had a major impact in mylife at least 500,000, Id make sure my mom was taken care of ten fold, I'd make sure my kids education was paid for and they had 500,000 to use at the age of 21, I'd secure myself and my wife enough for us to never work, and the rest I'd act like the only coon money wasting son of a bitch on earth



Q: You still write def? If not, got any flicks of any sketches or pieces you've done?

A: No I don't unfortunately, I'd like to get back into it one day.



Q: How long have you been in the shoe game?

A: Seriously Collecting and learning the culture, since 2006...but just being into sneakers as a whole over 10 years



Q: what your biggest fear bro and if you could only wear 1 sneaker for the rest of your life (they never get old/dusty) which 1 are u choosing ??

A: I have no fear anymore, my fears were gone when my mother told me she was proud of me for the man I've become, because I was always scared of not amounting to anything in her eyes. & Royal Foamposite One.



Q: What are your methods on keeping soles icey or older shoes preserved?

A: Zip Lock bags and Silica Gel paks stored in a nice cool place



Q: What was the first pair of sneakers you ever owned?

A: My mother said 3 pairs which were white af1 with a black swoosh, royal blue swoosh, and red swoosh when I was like 3 or 4, now as far as buying on my own with my own money from work, Black Melvin SB.

Q: What's the best piece of advice you would give to a college student, based off of your experience?

A: Stick with it, no matter how hard it gets, no matter how stressed you are, no matter how much you owe financial aid, stick with it, get as much as you can out of that experience as possible, whether it be a masters, or just an associate, trust me, it will pay off in the end...after college, real life starts to begin and you're gonna wish you were back in college or even high school again. 
Q: Why we never see pics of you?

A: Few Reasons, I've tagged, I still sticker bomb public property with my site stickers, I like my privacy, few of my friends who do shoe reviews regret showing their faces, because they constantly get stopped by people in the streets, I never did what I do for fame or super stardom and I've done some things that I'm not too fond of during my time of being nearly homeless for survival, that I'm not too fond of that could lead to possible incarceration, I've done 5 yrs of Probation and that sucks ass, promised myself I'd never go through that again.

Q: how much u paid for ur galaxy foams and what do you do for a living?

A: Nothing and I work in Public Relations
