PC will win the graphics war every time. Where it loses is in cost effectiveness, and I guess player preference.
You gotta keep updating and upgrading a PC while your console lasts you six years. The console suffers while developers learn the technology (e.g., compare Madden 05/06 to Madden 11 and 12 screens or GTA IV vs. L.A. Noire).
To get the flyest video cards, update RAM, and get ill monitors might cost the same as getting a new console each time it launches. Not convenient.
Plus, fuck the keyboard.
