All you do is do a search and according to where you are the GPS will search for spots around you that has the sneaker you're looking for.

yo my s**t is jailbroken and i cant find it in the app...i type in "MySneakers" and "My Sneakers" and it says there are no applications to show
I can find it in the regular app store but not in installous
yeah if it a few days to get uploaded there, it just came out
